1. Agreement
By visiting jamper.myshopify.com or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the site. The site is operated as Operating as Jamper from Australia (Australian Consumer Law primary).
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old, or have a parent/guardian's consent, to place an order.
3. Products and pricing
All prices are listed in USD by default; Shopify Markets converts the displayed currency for AU, UK, CA and NZ shoppers at checkout. We reserve the right to correct typographical pricing errors and cancel any order that arose from one — with a full refund if your card has been charged.
Product photographs are for illustration. We follow the suppliers' specifications and pass on any material differences via the product description.
4. Orders and payment
Orders are accepted when we send a confirmation email; until then we may decline an order at our discretion. Payments are processed through Shopify Payments, PayPal, Afterpay, Apple Pay, Google Pay or Shop Pay. Funds are captured at the time of order.
5. Shipping and delivery
See our Shipping & Logistics Policy. Delivery dates are estimates, not guarantees, and may be affected by carrier performance, customs and remote-area surcharges. Title and risk transfer to you on delivery.
6. Returns, refunds and consumer guarantees
See our Refund & Return Policy. Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts or modifies any rights or remedies you may have under the Australian Consumer Law (Schedule 2 of the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth)) or equivalent consumer-protection legislation in the United States, United Kingdom, Canada or New Zealand. Our goods come with consumer guarantees that cannot be excluded.
7. Intellectual property
The Jamper name, logo, copy, photography and store layout are the intellectual property of Operating as Jamper or its licensors. You may not copy, mirror, scrape or republish them without written consent.
8. Acceptable use
You agree not to use this site to upload malicious code, attempt to gain unauthorised access, or use it for any unlawful purpose. We may suspend access if we reasonably believe you've breached this clause.
9. AI assistant
Our chat assistant is powered by a large-language model. Its replies are general information only and are not veterinary, medical, legal, financial or professional advice. For health concerns about your pet, please consult a qualified veterinarian.
10. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law (and without limiting any non-excludable consumer guarantees), our total liability for any claim related to a purchase is limited to the amount you paid for the affected product.
11. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Australia. Customers in other jurisdictions retain any non-excludable rights granted by their local consumer-protection laws.
