The Jamper Happiness Guarantee
If your pet doesn't love a product, you have 30 days from delivery to start a return. Email [email protected] with your order number and a photo of the item — we'll send return instructions within one business day.
Conditions
- Item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in resellable condition.
- Hygiene-sensitive items (paw balm, ingestible supplements with broken seals) cannot be returned.
- Customer is responsible for return shipping unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days of receipt at our partner warehouse.
Damaged or incorrect items
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, email [email protected] within 7 days of delivery with photos and your order number — we will arrange a free replacement or full refund.
Refund timing
Once we receive the returned item at our partner warehouse, refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. Your bank may take an additional 1–3 days to display the credit.
Exchanges
We can swap for a different size or variant where stock allows. Email us first so we can hold the alternative for you.
Australian Consumer Law & equivalent rights
This policy operates alongside — and does not replace — your statutory rights. Under the Australian Consumer Law, our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and to compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. UK customers enjoy equivalent rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015; US customers under applicable state warranty law; Canadian and New Zealand customers under their respective consumer-protection statutes.
