The Jamper Happiness Guarantee

If your pet doesn't love a product, you have 30 days from delivery to start a return. Email jampergroup@gmail.com with your order number and a photo of the item; we reply within one business day.

Conditions

Item must be unused, in original packaging, in resellable condition.
Hygiene-sensitive items (paw balm, ingestible supplements with broken seals) cannot be returned.
Customer is responsible for return shipping unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days of receipt.

Damaged or incorrect items

Email jampergroup@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery with photos and your order number — we will arrange a free replacement or full refund.

Exchanges

Available where stock allows. Email us first so we can hold the alternative.

This policy operates alongside — and does not replace — your statutory rights. Under the Australian Consumer Law our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded. UK customers have rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015; CA, US and NZ customers under their respective consumer-protection statutes.
