# Jamper · Shopify Deployment Package

This directory contains everything you need to spin up the Jamper pet wellness storefront on a real Shopify account, configured exactly like the live preview.

## Quick-start

1. Read `HITL-runbook.md` end-to-end before clicking anywhere in Shopify Admin.
2. Phase 1: spin up the trial → re-skin Dawn → upload assets → create legal pages.
3. **HITL Breakpoint 1** — confirm the storefront looks right.
4. Phase 2: connect AutoDS → match 10 supplier IDs → import `jamper-products.csv`.
5. **HITL Breakpoint 2** — confirm catalog.
6. Phase 3: install Shopify Product Reviews → import reviews → trust badges → checkout settings → payments.
7. Phase 4: Pixel + CAPI + GA4 → AI agent → final pre-launch checks.
8. **HITL Breakpoint 4** — go live.

Total merchant time: ~3–5 hours.
